its saying to run a virus scan and re-install. im on windows 10 anyone know how to fix?
Search in google for “rgss301.dll” and download it, than copy and replace the rgss301.dll file in the game (is in the sytem folder) with the downloaded rgss301.dll download file, than it should run

Open the winrar file and do ctrl+e, change the encoding to japanese then extract.
Also you need to run the game in japanese locale, there is a program you can download for that.
The solution was posted on another game with similar problem here, but nobody bothered to post it here too so I did.
